These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access and use of the website www.craze-nails.com ("Website"), operated by Craze Beauty S.L. , with registered office at C. Moncayo 3 29018 Málaga España , NIF/CIF  ESB24993305, and customer service email support@craze-nails.com ("Craze", "we", "our"). 

Access to or use of the Website implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, the User must refrain from using the Website.

Craze sells the following products ("Products"): 

  • Semi-cured and UV-free gel nail stickers 

  • Accessories and tools: UV lamp, files, scissors, wooden sticks, cuticle pushers, hand creams, etc. 

  • Care products: nail oils, cleansing pads, gel top coats (shine and matte) 

  • Future categories: beauty tools, creams, eyelashes, accessories, stickers, etc. 

All cosmetic products comply with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009.

6. Intellectual Property Rights 

All content on the Website —including texts, images, designs, logos, graphics, descriptions and structure— are the property of Craze or are used under license. 

Without prior written authorization, it is prohibited to: 

  • Reproduce, copy, distribute or modify content 

  • Use distinctive signs or brands of Craze 

  • Create derivative works or use images for commercial purposes

7. Prohibited Conduct 

The User may not: 

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations 

  • Introduce malware, viruses or harmful content 

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts 

  • Use bots or automated tools without permission 

  • Engage in fraudulent activities or unauthorized resale 

  • Alter the functionality of the Website or harm third parties

8. Product Information and Availability 

Craze makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and images. However, minimal differences may exist due to production variations or device settings. 

Availability is not guaranteed until shipment confirmation.

9. Orders and Contract Formation 

The User must follow the purchase process indicated on the Website. Once the order is placed, the User will receive an email confirming receipt. 

This email does not constitute acceptance of the order. 

The contract is perfected when Craze sends the shipping confirmation email. 

Craze may reject orders for reasons such as: 

  • Out of stock 

  • Unauthorized payment 

  • Incomplete or incorrect data 

  • Suspicion of fraud 

  • Impossibility of delivery 

  • Obvious errors in prices or descriptions 

 

10. Prices and Payment Methods 

Prices include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. 
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Payment is made in full at the time of order completion. 

 

11. Shipping and Deliveries 

Craze ships to: 

  • Spain 

  • European Union 

  • International 

All shipments include tracking. 

Estimated delivery times: 

  • Spain: up to 3 business days 

  • EU and international: vary depending on the carrier (more information available later) 

Shipments can be made via Correos or other carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). 

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. 

Risk is transferred to the User upon delivery. 

 

12. Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy 

12.1 EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days) 

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU), the consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract. 

Exception for hygiene reasons: 
The right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to products: 

  • Opened 

  • Unsealed 

  • Used 

  • Which, for reasons of hygiene or health, cannot be returned once unsealed 

This includes nail stickers, oils, creams, pads, body tools, top coats, etc. 

12.2 Returns accepted by Craze 

Craze allows returns only if: 

  • The product is unopened, sealed, and without signs of tampering 

  • It is returned within 30 days of delivery 

  • The original packaging is intact 

Return costs are borne by the User. 

12.3 Order Cancellation 

Orders cannot be canceled once processed. 
If the request is made before shipment, Craze will attempt to manage it, without guarantee. 

 

13. Defective or Damaged Products 

In case of receiving a defective or damaged product, the User must contact: 

support@craze-nails.com 

Craze may request: 

  • Photographs or videos 

  • Order number 

  • Description of the problem 

Once the defect is verified, Craze may: 

  • Replace the product, or 

  • Issue a refund 

Additional conditions for customer satisfaction will be detailed in the Refund Policy. 

 

14. International Taxes and Customs 

For shipments outside the EU, the User assumes: 

  • Duties 

  • Local taxes 

  • Import duties and customs clearance fees 

 

15. Limitation of Liability 

Craze will not be liable for: 

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

  • Loss of profits, data, or reputation 

  • Delays beyond its reasonable control 

  • Misuse of the Website by the User 

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for: 

  • Death or personal injury due to negligence 

  • Fraud or gross negligence 

  • Any liability that cannot be limited by law 

 

16. WhatsApp Communications 

By providing their phone number, the User agrees to receive: 

  • Order notifications 

  • Customer service communications 

Craze does not use automated SMS or telemarketing. 
The User may request to unsubscribe at any time. 

 

17. Third-Party Services and Shopify 

  • The store is hosted on Shopify 

  • Payments may be processed by third parties 

  • Craze is not responsible for external linked websites 

 

18. Modifications and Suspension of Service 

Craze may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. 

 

19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 

These Conditions are exclusively governed by Spanish law. 

In case of conflict, the User may resort to: 

  • The Courts and Tribunals of their domicile, or 

  • The place of performance of the contractual obligation
