RETURN POLICY

We want your experience with Craze to be easy and enjoyable. This Return Policy explains how to return a product, under what conditions, and what the procedure is.

1. Products You Can Return
A. Nail Stickers (UV-free & Semi-cured)
✔ Can be returned opened or unopened
✔ Up to 100 days (Happiness Guarantee)
✔ In some cases we will not require a return if the evidence is sufficient
B. Defective Products
✔ Can be returned
✔ Must be reported within 7 days
✔ Requires photo/video proof
✔ We may or may not request a physical return
C. Other unopened products
✔ Oils, top coats, creams, tools, accessories
✔ Must be completely unopened
✔ Up to 30 days from delivery
2. Products that CANNOT be Returned
Unless there is proven defect:

Cleansing pads

Free gifts / promotional gifts

Mystery boxes
-
Sale items (except nail stickers)
-
Used oils/top coats (except for defect)

Products purchased from third parties

Discounted bundles or sets
-
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
3. Deadlines

Nail stickers: 100 days

Unused/unopened products: 30 days

Defects: 7 days
-
Transit damage: evidence upon opening package
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Depends on the reason:
Defect or damage
→ Craze pays for shipping
Happiness Guarantee (satisfaction)
→ Customer pays for shipping
→ Return may not be necessary
Change of mind
→ Customer pays for shipping
→ Only unopened products (except stickers)
5. Conditions for Returned Products
Nail Stickers

Opened or unopened allowed

Include packaging (even if opened)

Include accessories if possible
Non-sticker products

Must be unopened and unused

In their original packaging

Tools with no signs of use, unless defective
6. How to Initiate a Return

We respond in approximately 48 hours.
7. Approval Process

We review the case
-
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RA)

We will provide you with the return address in Spain

You must send the product within 14 days of receiving the RA

Returns without RA may be rejected
8. No-Return Returns
In some cases:

Craze may offer a refund or replacement without requiring physical return.
9. Responsibility During Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for proper packaging

Tracking is mandatory if the customer pays for shipping

Lost packages without tracking cannot be refunded
10. Bundles and Sets

Cannot be partially returned

Only full return if permitted

Generally excluded, except for defect
11. International Returns

The same rules apply.

Customs must be paid by the client.

"Return to sender" packages are not accepted.
12. Refunds After Return
Upon receipt and inspection:

Shipping costs are not refunded (except for defects)
13. Unauthorized Returns
Returns without RA:

may be rejected

may be returned at the client's expense

14. Abuse and Misuse
Craze may refuse returns in cases of:

repeated claims
-
suspected fraud
-
non-compliance with conditions
-
excessive product use
-
inconsistent patterns
