REFUND POLICY

At Craze, we want to offer a clear and fair experience. If something doesn't work for you, we want to fix it — always fairly, transparently, and safely, protecting our customers and our brand. 

This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund, what is excluded, and how the process works. 
It applies to all purchases made at www.craze-nails.com. 

 

1. Solution for unsatisfied customers.

We believe that anyone can achieve beautiful nails at home. But if for any reason our UV-free or semi-cured nail stickers don't work for you — whether because you're not happy with the result, the color isn't what you expected, or the application is difficult for you — we'll fix it. 

The Happiness Guarantee covers: 

  • You are not satisfied with the result 

  • The stickers lift or do not last (after correct use) 

  • The color does not match your expectations 

  • “It’s simply not for you” 

How it works: 

  1. First, we offer a free replacement 

  1. If you're still not convinced, we offer a full refund 

  1. We only ask for a photo/video if there is an application problem that we can help you correct 

Timeframe: 
→ Requests within 100 days of delivery. 

Applies only to: 
 UV-free nail stickers 
 Semi-cured nail stickers 

Does NOT apply to: 
 Oils, top coats, creams, accessories, tools, or other products (unless defective) 

 

2. Defective or Damaged Products 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please write to us at: support@craze-nails.com 

You must report the problem within 7 days of delivery, providing: 

  • Clear photos and/or videos 

  • Description of the problem 

  • Order number 

This applies to all products. 

What is considered a defect: 

✔ Stickers that don't stick 
✔ Printing defects 
✔ Stickers that tear abnormally 
✔ Missing items 
✔ UV lamp that doesn't work 
✔ Tools broken upon receipt 
✔ Shipping damage with evidence 

What is NOT considered a defect: 

✘ Spilled oil (unless proven factory defect) 
✘ Oils/top coats almost empty or clearly used 
✘ Damage due to misuse 
✘ Improper storage (heat, humidity) 
✘ Application errors (unless covered by Happiness Guarantee) 

Shipping damage: 
Photo/video evidence is required when opening the package. Without proof, the postal service will not accept claims. 

 

3. Non-Refundable Products 

Unless defective, returns or refunds are NOT accepted for: 

  • Opened cleaning pads 

  • Promotional gifts / free gifts 

  • Mystery boxes 

  • Sale items (except nail stickers) 

  • Used oils and top coats (unless minimal defect proven) 

  • Products used with non-Craze accessories 

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence 

 

4. Anti-Fraud Measures 

To protect the brand: 

  • Maximum 2 refunds per customer per year 

  • The Happiness Guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a design/variant 

  • We exclude customers with a history of abuse 

  • We may request proof of use 

  • Bundles and discounted sets are excluded 

  • Free gifts are never refundable 

 

5. Replacement vs. Refund 

For all claims (satisfaction, defect, or damage): 

  1. We first offer replacement 

  1. If not desired or doesn't solve the problem → full refund 

 

6. Product Returns 

It depends on the case: 

A. Defective product 

→ Craze covers return costs 
→ Sometimes we do not request return if the evidence is sufficient 

B. Happiness Guarantee / not satisfied 

→ The customer pays for return shipping 
→ We do not always request returns if there is sufficient evidence 

C. Change of mind (not defective) 

→ Shipping is paid by the customer 
→ Only unopened products (except stickers) 

 

7. Refund Processing 

Refunds are made to the original payment method, as required by law. 

Term: 
→ Within 7 days of approval. 

Special cases: 

  • Klarna/Afterpay: installments are automatically adjusted 

  • PayPal: immediate processing but may take time to appear 

  • Card: the bank may take several days 

 

8. Legal Exclusions 

No refunds will be granted when: 

  • The product shows excessive use 

  • There is fraudulent tampering 

  • It has been used with third-party products 

  • It has been stored incorrectly 

  • The established deadlines are not met 

  • The annual refund limit is exceeded 

 

9. Abuse or Suspicious Activity 

Craze may: 

  • Refuse refunds 

  • Block future purchases 

  • Close accounts 

  • Request identity verification 

 

10. Guaranteed Refunds 

Craze guarantees refunds provided that the conditions of this policy are met.
